The institution is going to implement the new programme of M.Com during this year.
Awareness camps on various issues are going to be conducted.
The institution aims to achieve the pass percentage to not less than 60%.

To organize one blood donation camp by the students to provide community services.

Details of Activities
1 Activities reflecting the goals and objectives of College.

   Each department conducted seminars and workshops to enhance the skill based learning in the institution.

2 New academic programmes initiated (UG AND PG). M.Com.
3 Innovations in curricular design and transaction The novel methods of teaching are adopted in the institution to improve the perception levels of the students and to impart value based education to all the students. ICT based teaching is done.
4 Inter-Disciplinary programmes started.

The Department of Commerce conducted an awareness programme on filling Income tax forms to the teaching staff of the college.

The Department of History rendered services to students who are going to attend for various competitive exams.
5 Examination reforms implemented.

The institution has been following summative and formative evaluations rigorously and the same is mentioned in the registers concerned by every department.

6 Candidates qualified: NET/SLET/GATE etc.

Syeda Sameena Bi from Urdu medium (Alumni) got selected in APSET – 2012.

Self financing courses’ fee is spent for electrification for all class rooms, labs, English Language Laboratory and for staff rooms.
Renovations are made at wash rooms.
Ceiling fans have been fixed for the class rooms
Air condition facility for e-class room and for Principal’s room is provided.
80 steel desks are purchased.

Audio visual equipment is purchased and is made accessible for utilisation.

The students under the guidance given by the lecturers and the Principal conducted Blood donation camp and Vanamahostvam in the college. Many rallies too have been conducted.

Courses in which student assessment of teachers is introduced and the action taken on student feedback

The institution supplies feedback forms to all the students. Basing on the assessment the teaching staff are advised to modify their methods of teaching. To make teaching student centric the staff are preparing ICT enabled teaching lessons.
24 Feedback from stakeholders As per the feedback collected from the stake holders the institution is about to start a new programme at PG i.e. M.Com.

26 Computerization of administration and the process of admissions and examination results, issue of certificates

The Process of administration is fully computerized. The University releases the results through internet only.

The same is distributed to each department.
27 Increase in the infrastructural facilities

Compound wall was built with the contributions made from District Ministers fund and from MLA’s fund.
The leveling of playground was done from MLC’s fund.
Bore motor and pipelines for drinking water facility were laid from MLA’s fund.
A major share of constructing the seminar hall and classroom was donated by Sri B.Sudhakar reddy.
Sri Reddeppa Reddy MLC, donated for the construction of open air stage.

28 Technology upgradation

English Language Laboratory is established with 25 computers, two 7.5KV UPS and other requirements for the same were purchased.

All labs, staff rooms, office room

Principal’s room were furnished with computers, printers and internet facility is provided with uninterrupted power supply.
An e-class room with LCD projector has been established.
All labs are furnished with LCD projectors.

Public address system is made available in the college. 
29 Computer and internet access and training to teachers, non-teaching staff and students Miss Bharathi, Guest Lecturer in Computer Applications, taught computer skills and internet access to the teachers and certificates too have been issued to the same.
30 Financial aid to students

632 students received scholarships under different schemes. The list is maintained by the Office of the institution.

Alumni contributions: Steel  Almarahs are contributed to the department of Commerce.

Career Guidance Cell of the Institution encouraged the students to undergo all the competitive exams and the notifications are pasted on the notice board.

The cells like Women Empowerment Cell and Anti Grievance and Redressal Cell register the grievances of the students and redressal is sought within the limits.

The institution has launched the new PG course with    students.
The awareness camps and conducted at the college and the students conducted rallies to bring awareness on the same issues among the public.
